AdvanticaI was responsible for updating the old reporting systems and the ongoing maintenance of the new solution. I implemented a web interface (PHP + XHTML) to a MySQL database with automated end of month presentation generation with SVG graphs, real time progress tracking and custom reports. Alongside the data management in the SIS team I perform a support role for the technical requirements of the team for both hardware and software. I am also involved in a project for remote diagnostics of home boilers. This involves the coding and development of the remote appliances diagnostics software, currently working in Visual Studio C++.
I was part of the field terminals build project which involved the compilation and creation of the DVDs for the Centrica field engineers.

Interests
I have been playing hockey now for over 15 years with a variety of teams at a high level. I have assisted in junior coaching sessions and been involved in club publicity and promotion, including setting up and maintaining the Loughborough Town hockey club website. I am currently the Loughborough Town 1st XI captain.
Computers have also been a major interest for a large part of my life, from home networks to building and repairs for family, friends and myself.
I am a keen amateur photographer and am always looking to learn more about the hobby and further my skills in this field.
Alongside being a roadie and light jock for a mobile disco I have also DJ'ed at various clubs and bars.
